The expectation of the Engineering Apprentice is to engage with the engineering team to carry out PPM tasks, make data driven improvements, carry out reactive maintenance and improve throughout.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
Developing/showcasing engineering skills across a range of key comptencies, these include electrical, mechanical, automation, fabrication and C.I.
Daily activities include:
* Planned maintenance
* Reactive manaintance
* H&S related improvements
* Using C.I Tools
* Cross departmental meetings
* Cost saving/ OEE Improvement projects
* Supporting coaching and upskilling on non engineering team members
* Record keeping - BRC compliance
