We are now looking for an Area Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an Area Manager, you will be the key external representative of First Milk in the Midlands, building strong relationships and promoting the benefits of our co-operative model.
Specifically, you will grow engagement with our organisation, working with existing members to navigate challenges, maximise returns, and embrace regenerative agricultural practices.
Additionally, you will:
* Retain members by ensuring their administrative and communication needs are met
* Increase milk volumes from existing members by improving member confidence
* Conduct farm business and regenerative farming reviews within agreed timescales
* Manage resignation and rescindment levels
About You
To be considered as an Area Manager, you will need:
* Experience in delivering successful customer recruitment and retention strategies, particularly in agricultural or cooperative settings
* Proven sales skills and a commercial focus, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade effectively
* A strong understanding of farming practices, particularly regenerative agriculture
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with farmers, members, and external stakeholders
* The ability to handle complex issues, providing practical solutions and supporting members through challenges
* A self-starting approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
