The Role
The Guest Sales Specialist will be the primary point of contact for all new and existing customers and will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive sales and enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all incoming inquiries and reservation calls professionally.
* Process bookings, schedule treatments, and guest dining arrangements.
* Send out booking confirmations and relevant documents promptly.
* Drive sales and improve guest reservations.
* Promote and sell hotel and spa packages, memberships, and special promotions to maximize revenue.
* Maintain knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and products, staying updated on new offerings and trends.
* Upsell and cross-sell services and products to enhance the guest experience and drive sales
Person Specification:
* Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience working within the hospitality industry or similar
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Further Details:
* 40 hours per week.
* Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. On average you would work 1 weekend in 3.
* Working hours may start from 7.45am, and finish as late as 8.15pm depending on shift pattern.
* On average, commission typically adds an extra £3-4k on top of the annual salary.
