CMM Programmer Responsibilities: Program and operate CMM machines using Virtual-DMIS software. Conduct precise inspections of complex components across various industries. Ensure calibration and measurement processes meet UKAS and customer standards. Collaborate with the quality and engineering teams to ensure product conformance and inspection accuracy. Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise CMM equipment to ensure top performance. Perform duties at lab facility and customers sites Skills: Additional expertise with Faro Arm and Laser Scanning technologies is ideal. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Using a range of office software, including all Microsoft Office solutions, desirable understanding of Sage, in addition to IndySoft and MetCal, as main operating systems for calibration event/asset management. Internal Audits: Participate in internal audits, including but limited to prepping, performing, working with the quality team on action plans for any observations made, and be able to work and stick to agreed deadlines Quality: To ensure technical customer requirements are constantly met. Establish accurate records of result reporting as per internal processes. Ensure that effective and proactive engagement with the Laboratory Team occurs, based on their requirements for calibration expectations. Salary £35,000-£45,000
