What’s it all about?
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for delivering highly effective marketing campaigns. Project managing the category’s integrated comms plans, your role is to ensure internal teams and agencies are cohesive, clear on processes and ROI, driving the best-integrated output on time and budget.
This role is flexible with hybrid working currently in place, with 2 to 3 days per week in the London offices and there may occasionally be a need to travel to other sites in the UK.
What you will be doing:
* Optimising and embedding the category-specific Integrated Communications processes.
* Working with the Brand Leads and Category Planning Manager to have a comprehensive overview of the Comms plan.
* Full campaign project management of key UK and Ireland Category Communication initiatives.
* Leading weekly squad meetings to coordinate all parties and workstreams, driving agencies, minutes and actions.
* Ownership of project timelines and managing the project flow from planning to campaign review.
* Integrating activation plans across required touchpoints.
* Setting and reviewing clear KPI’s across required touchpoints, including regular reporting and optimisation.
* Ensuring all projects are delivered first time, on time and on budget.
* Full Comms governance - a collation of feedback, reviews and sign-off.
What we need from you:
* Relevant experience within the B2B market ideally within Health Care
* Proven experience in a similar 360 activation Project Management role (cross-functional and cross-agency).
* Experience with the Asana platform.
* Demonstrable experience in Agile project management within marketing, media or content production.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Strong project management skills and a critical eye for detail.
* Highly organised and able to work within fast-paced and evolving environments.
