Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Coordinator:
* Overseeing the day-to day sales activities and processing orders from the sales team
* Managing the online store and processing any orders that come through
* Responsible for completing supplier vendor and NDA forms
* Providing data and reports on sales activity, opportunities and commissions
* Liaising with key suppliers to ensure orders are processed correctly and any issues are
* solved without impacting the customer
* Responsible for issuing purchase orders to suppliers and invoices to our customers
* Providing support to customers regarding order status and shipping details
* Streamlining the CRM and focusing on finding ways to improve the sales process to reduce admin time for everyone
