About the Role
An exciting opportunity for multiple Principal / Senior Engineers - Systems Engineering to play a key role in the development of cutting-edge systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that engineering design solutions meet project requirements and quality standards, supporting the full engineering lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver system design solutions in alignment with project milestones, ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements.
2. Manage system and product requirements across platforms and programs, ensuring comprehensive documentation and traceability.
3. Provide design verification and validation, ensuring evidence is captured in requirements management tools and endorsed by relevant authorities.
4. Contribute to project planning activities, including estimating the scope of work and resource allocation.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to enhance domain knowledge and technical expertise.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of Systems Engineering processes and methodologies.
* Experience or exposure to the engineering lifecycle, from concept through to validation and verification.
* Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage technical requirements across complex systems.
* Knowledge of security clearance requirements, such as SecurityCheck (SC) with the UK Government.
