My client is a rapidly expanding, Employee-owned Financial services business and is looking for professional Business Development Executives to join their flourishing team.
It is expected that the successful candidates will have:
1. At least 1 years' experience in a sales or customer service (inbound/outbound, telephone-based) environment,
2. Outstanding communication and organisational skills,
3. An empathetic and caring attitude,
4. The ability to manage and convert queries and enquiries with skill, enthusiasm and professionalism.
Salary: £25000 + commission + benefits (£37k+ OTE)

As the first point of contact, ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients, proactively contacting new leads and dealing with incoming phone enquiries, you will:
1. Have a truly exceptional customer-focused attitude
2. Ensure that every decision you make puts employees and customers at the centre of your thought process
3. Be driven, ambitious, and committed
4. Support colleagues with various projects and administrative tasks
In this rapidly expanding organisation, your main areas of responsibility will be:
1. Calling leads within the agreed SLAs
2. Technical payslip explanations
3. Ensure a world-class first impression for all contractors to maintain our industry-leading reputation
4. Be aware of, and adhere to, any relevant compliance criteria
5. Convert referrals
6. Proactively chase e-forms to ensure prompt return
7. Identify and take cross-selling opportunities and third-party partner services (such as mortgages and IFAs)
8. Communicate effectively with recruitment agency partners and account managers
9. Communicate effectively with team and cross-departmentally
10. Contribute to team strategy
11. Get involved with and contribute to regular team meetings
