Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of biomedical scientists and technicians, ensuring the provision of a high-quality laboratory service. Your responsibilities include performing diagnostic histology tests, analyzing and interpreting histological and immunohistochemistry slides, and reporting test results. You will also manage the day-to-day workload, oversee the preparation and processing of tissue specimens, and contribute to the implementation of quality management systems. Additionally, you will be involved in training staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications and Experience: HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist. Experience in histology and diagnostic tests. Knowledge of advanced histological techniques.
