As an Account Handler, you’ll help manage insurance portfolios and support the team in delivering tailored solutions. Working closely with a team of Account Executives, you’ll ensure client needs are met efficiently while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
Your role will focus on building strong client relationships, improving retention, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

About you:
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Previous experience in an account handling role within the insurance sector.
* Good knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
* Proficiency in insurance platforms and client management systems.
* Strong grasp of compliance requirements, including FCA regulations and Consumer Duty obligations.
* Ability to ensure all client and policy documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
* Excellent communication and highly organised.
* Experience using Acturis or similar insurance systems.
