We are currently seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our People Support Hub team on a 12 month fixed term basis. The role will support the processing, and benefit administration for our colleagues and managers for all employee benefits. We are offering flexibility to work remotely with this role with travel to the office as required for team meetings/training Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday Salary: between £26,000-£28,000 Duties and Responsibilities: Process benefits applications accurately and in a timely manner ensuring the data inputted is correct Ensure third party systems are updated when needed Complete daily required processes and reports Inputting amendments when required and use the mass upload process if needed Ensure that information and data is accurate, and legal compliance is always maintained in line with Team Leader guidance Update and maintain Oracleto ensure colleagues information and data is up to date and accurate Use ticketing system to track workloads and ensure applications, reports and queries are completed in accordance with SLAs and KPIs Provide advice and guidance on processing queries around Benefits and Reward to both Colleagues and managers helping to deliver a great employee experience What will you bring? Experience of working at a similar level within a fast-paced environment Excellent IT skills and comfortable with working with multiple systems Sound data interrogation Good oral and written skills Highly organised and able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines Able to liaise effectively with peers to organise and share work priorities Common sense and pragmatic approach Desire to provide our colleagues with a great customer experience A great team worker who will perform in line with our values Ability to follow process and procedure but able to make decisions to resolve issues whilst staying within legislation Flexible and be able to react to the business demands.
