We're working with a London-based college who are looking for their next Curriculum Manager in ESOL. With regular teaching hours, this role is ideal for a current lecturer/team leader who is looking for their first curriculum management role, or a current manager who wants to get back to teaching!
Main responsibilities of our Curriculum Manager - ESOL:
1. Working with the community to identify demand and develop curriculum offering accordingly.
2. Provide leadership and direction, promoting high standards within teaching & learning.
3. Assist the Head of Department with the management of staff, supervising and developing both permanent and agency members of the team.
To become our next Curriculum Manager - ESOL, you will need:
1. Experience in teaching ESOL within a Further Education setting
2. An English Language Teaching qualification (e.g. MA ELT/Dip TESOL/DELTA/CELTA)
3. Experience working with external partners and knowledge of the awarding bodies
