About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Talent & Culture Graduate to join our Talent & Culture Department on a permanent basis with an immediate start. Your role will involve delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and colleagues. We value positive energy and diversity, fostering a community where careers are nurtured, not just jobs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily tasks within the Talent & Culture Department to ensure smooth operations.
2. Input new starters and update team member information in the system.
3. Deliver hotel inductions, including Mini Welcome Day.
4. Represent the department as an ICC, SET, Wellbeing, or Health & Safety representative.
5. Plan and coordinate monthly calendars for birthdays, training, and social events.
6. Manage social media platforms for team members and develop social event calendars.
7. Coordinate monthly birthday cards.
8. Manage employee benefits from start to finish, providing relevant information to staff.
9. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
10. Handle office management and stationary orders.
11. Ensure all team member files are uploaded into Fourth Hospitality.
Working Hours
You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
