We are seeking someone who has Secretarial/Administration experience, looking to work for a local yet successful business and fulfil a varied role. Duties: Screening calls, handling enquiries and greeting visitors Maintaining the database Secretarial administrative tasks Drafting letters and emails, updating spreadsheets, filing etc Preparing letters and chasing required documents Communicating with HMRC Assisting where needed with other general office tasks Experience: Previous office experience, must be within a professional services environment Excellent communication skills is essential Able to work off own initiative and happy to get stuck in with whatever's needed Numerate Good IT skills and ability to pick up new skills Able to multitask with accuracy This role is office based 5 days per week, there is no parking on site but parking is available within a 10 minute walk from the office.
