Supporting out-based locations with financial assistance. Calculating and raising intercompany recharge invoices. Ensuring stock prices reflect landed costs accurately. Managing foreign exchange liability and ensuring it is appropriately hedged. Assisting with the budgeting process across multiple business units. Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and calculating/posting depreciation. Handling expenses, bank reconciliations, and posting journals. Gaining authorization for overhead invoices, coding, and posting. Resolving stock invoice queries and performing complex reconciliations. Maintaining and reconciling the invoice financing facility. Conducting overhead variance and stock reporting analysis. Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, and rebates. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be: Organised and communicative with strong interpersonal skills. Able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Experienced in a manufacturing/wholesale/distribution industry. Skilled in resolving queries effectively. Proficient in Excel and confident in handling complex datasets. Capable of prioritising workloads in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Ideally ACCA or CIMA Part-Qualified, or working towards professional certification.
