The key responsibilities of this role will be administering new member enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, providing advice to members, processing payments and refunds.
As a Membership & Insurance Administrator you will be at the forefront of leading exceptional customer service to the members (50/50 phone and email), helping them with the inception, renewal and adjustments of their policies.

Not essential but any previous experience within the insurance industry would be highly beneficial as well as a keen a keen interest in the Beauty Industry!
Hours - Monday Friday 9am 5pm
