We’re looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive for a hybrid position based in central Birmingham.
This role will see you work on a hybrid basis supporting a cluster of diverse hotels across central England. It's a job like no other in the market and offers you the opportunity to create and steer the marketing agenda.

A day in the life of…
* This role will see you control, identify and develop multi-channel marketing strategies, campaigns and communications to support six busy hotels’ commercial plans, providing guidance and best practice to hotel teams covering leisure, F&B and MICE.
* As an integral part of six busy hotels, you’ll develop and execute a social media strategy for each hotel to drive brand awareness and engagement. You’ll also assess current social media performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and determine the optimal approach across organic and paid
* You’ll be responsible for managing the marketing budgets and reporting on the performance of marketing activities at all six properties. This includes evaluating the ROI of marketing campaigns and ensuring that marketing activities are cost-effective
* As brand guardian for the hotels, you’ll be constantly ensuring all marketing collateral and activity is in line with brand guidelines and copy is consistent across channels. This will include regularly audit and update of all brand websites, OTAs and any relevant third-party sites to support SEO and maximise online performance.
* You will ensure that all activities follow GDPR regulations, brand and Aimbridge operating policies, processes, and systems. Reporting on the performance of marketing activities monthly and evaluate KPI delivery and ROI as required.
What do we need from you?
* It is essential that you have an extensive experience within marketing and a strong understanding of the marketing mix, including websites, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), email marketing, social media, print/collateral management, and PR. Your experience should include devising and delivering marketing campaigns and reporting on their performance.
* It goes without saying that you’ll have strong interpersonal skills and be able to influence and engage effectively at all levels. You should have excellent communication skills, be creative, analytical, and detail oriented.
* You’ll be commercially savvy, driven, and determined to achieve results. They should be organised, diligent, and skilled at managing multiple competing priorities. You’ll be autonomously able use your initiative, solve problems, and find solutions.
* As with any role in this exciting sector, we’re looking for a true creative! You should be able to create content, including copy, video, and images for use on social media. and have excellent attention to detail, highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic about your work.
