In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving client success by developing and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Salary: up to £40,000 Location: Birmingham (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and develop effective media buying strategies. Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance closely, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise results and maximise ROI. Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are engaging, high-quality, and align with campaign objectives. Provide expert training and support to clients on paid advertising best practices, including platform navigation, campaign setup, and performance analysis.
