Collaborate with internal teams (store management, marketing, merchandising) to resolve customer concerns and identify improvement opportunities. Oversee key operations like refunds, exchanges, customer policies, and continuous training for the team. Drive team performance by managing KPIs, SLAs, and introducing performance incentives. Act as a shift manager on a rotational basis, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Do you have previous experience in a telephone-based customer service and sales environment? Knowledge of Magento, E-commerce, and customer service software is a plus. Are you able to inspire and develop a team while managing performance effectively? Do you have a customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills?
