* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and capitalize on new market opportunities.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT is
preferred but not required.
* Professional sales certification e.g., Certified Sales
Leader or Solution Selling Accreditation is
beneficial.
* Relevant IT services or cybersecurity certification
would be an advantage.
Experience
* 5+ years in sales, including 2+ years in a
managerial role (experience within B2B IT services
is desirable)
* Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales
targets in IT support, cybersecurity, or ERP
systems like Sage and NetSuite
* Experience managing and mentoring a sales team
(Account Managers, Business Development Reps,
and Sales Admins)

* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team management abilities
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and
communication skills
* Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
