Experience
* Strong Rust/Golang
* Deep understanding of EVM
* Comfortable with Execution Algorithms, anonymization and ordering trades
* Experience building trading systems from the ground up in Web2 and Web3
Nice-to-have
* Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, Cryptography (or Blockchain is a plus)
