Learning Disabilities Service Manager
Location: Market Drayton and Whitchurch
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-Time with shared on-call

I am seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee a cluster of supported living clients and a handful of outreach services within Market Drayton and Whitchurch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage supported living and outreach services.
* Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality care.
* Develop and implement personalised support plans.
* Promote and implement positive behaviour support.
* Network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ensure compliance with sector regulations and best practices.
* Share on-call responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
* Proven experience as a senior/team leader.
* Confident, knowledgeable, and competent within CQC policies and procedures.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Significant experience in positive behaviour support.
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
