We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie. Reporting to the hotel Head Chef you will be primarily responsible for managing a section within the kitchen ensuring that food is produced, and the finished dish is served to the highest standard. As Chef De Partie you will work with a team of 12 Chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters.

The Person:
The Successful Chef De Partie chef will have the following:
* Chef De Partie experience within a quality hotel restaurant to 2 rosette standards.
* Demonstrate during a cooking you can manage a section
* happy working various shifts
* Live locally or can relocate to the area with own transportation.
