Grade/Salary: Grade 6 (£36,124 - £37,938) + £5,000 incremental market supplement payable in full after 12 months.

As part of the Major Projects team, you will play a crucial role ensuring that our projects run smoothly and are delivered on time to agreed and robust project plans ensuring the project outcomes are safe and compliant.

So, who are you?
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in the delivery of major projects especially if you have experience in dealing with complex projects associated with High Rise Buildings (HRBs), who has a sound understanding of the principles of fire safety, External Wall Insulation systems and current legislation.
You will also need:
1. A minimum of a level 4 qualification in construction/or the built environment or equivalent with the willingness to work towards a level 6 qualification if required.
2. A Project Management Qualification.
3. Hold a CSCS white card or be prepared to obtain one within first 6 months of employment.
4. Demonstrable ability to successfully work to targets and tight deadlines within a busy and demanding environment.
5. A full UK driving licence.
6. Customer satisfaction is our absolute priority, so you will be able to achieve a high quality of workmanship while working on your own or as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication skills and feel comfortable managing the expectations of our customers and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Although not essential, experience within the social housing sector would be an advantage.
