Salary – £30,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience

This role will suit an experienced Business Analyst who loves analysing data and the way in which effective data analysis can identify trends, optimise business performance and support strategic initiatives to deliver outstanding results for both clients and stakeholders.

What the roles involves
Monitoring and reporting on a variety of group projects or initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. Analysing large datasets that identify trends, patterns and insights that inform decision making. Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and visualisations to track, monitor and report on KPI’s
Data analysis for potential acquisitions. Extracting and evaluating client and business data from acquisition target businesses to develop and present business cases including detailed risk analysis. Supporting the design and delivery of integration plans for acquired clients, assets and business processes to help ensure the delivery of excellent client experience and the achievement of business goals. Assess and report on progress of the integration of the acquired businesses to identify any improvements and any remedial actions as required.
Support strategic projects and initiatives. Collaborating with teams to design and implement integration or change management plans for new initiatives, ensuring data and processes are optimised for business needs. Providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the delivery of a seamless client experience. Participating in and support process improvement initiatives by analysing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing to the design and implementation of solutions.
Salary/hours: £30,000 - £40,000 per year dependant on experience. Working 37.5 hours per week.
