To be in environments where they are empowered to thrive, stimulated to succeed and\n\ngiven every chance to make their individual futures better and brighter than ever before.\n\nSummary\n\nAs part of a team dedicated to the implementation of Armed Forces Recruitment Services, the Senior Project\n\nManager will drive the Adecco Project Management team and work collaboratively with a wider PMO team\n\nexternally to drive and deliver key workstreams.\n\nWorking within best practice principles, the role of the Senior Project Manager will be critical to the successful\n\nachievement of operational readiness within agreed timescales.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\nPlan and manage the implementation of key workstreams to agreed timescales and in accordance withagreed scope.\n\nUndertake full project management duties as required, including the production of high-qualitydocumentation within the specified constraints of time and cost. This will include (but is not exclusive\n\nto):\n\no Project Initiation Documents\n\no Project plans\n\no Stage assessments\n\nProgress/exception reports, influences and implement the clear scope for each proposedproject/change management activity.\n\nExecute various project delivery activities with the assigned project on a day-to-day basis, includingissue resolution, progress reporting, risk management, budget management and on-schedule\n\nachievement of project deliverables.\n\nSupport the Solutions Design Director as necessary.\nMaintain proficiency and knowledge of the Company's business systems, policies and procedures,ensuring that these are incorporated within AFRS implementation as necessary.\n\nWrite, review, evaluate, and modify new or existing project management and project scope materials.\nLine management of Project Managers.\nDrive performance of all direct reports.\nDevelopment and coaching of direct reports.Essential Skills / Experience\n\nPrince2 Practitioner qualification (or similar).\nDeep understanding of project controls tools and techniques.\nProven experience in stakeholder management and solution delivery in a fast, responsive andcommercially focused environment.\n\nA strong achiever who is results orientated.\nHighly organised with excellent planning skills.\nHigh standard of written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels.* Confident and assertive with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
