Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson plans. Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs or those requiring additional assistance. Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery. Promote positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom. Support the social and emotional well-being of students. Requirements: A degree in Psychology or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A genuine passion for working with young people. Adaptability and the ability to manage diverse classroom settings. An understanding of safeguarding principles. Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
