Your Mission: To be the driving force behind executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that spans demand generation, event management, and public relations. Aims : Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence. Lead demand generation campaigns across digital and non-digital channels. Organise engaging events, webinars, and PR activities to drive customer engagement. Optimise SEO and promote the brand via digital advertising campaigns. Collaborate with external suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Growth/Development opportunities: Our consultancy is currently on a growth trajectory which includes the marketing team. If the business needs it at the end of mat cover, there's a chance we could turn the role permanent. About you: Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the digital product/tech/B2B sector. Experience in event management and PR is preferable. Campaign management/execution experience is highly desirable. Confidence in a wide range of stakeholder communication and presentation. Proficiency in Linkedin, trends, and B2B brand management is ideal. Experience in performance reporting and analysis of campaigns using Google Analytics. Ability to employ creative skills with the use of Canva and utilise marketing automation tools and processes with Hubspot. Detail-orientated, confident copywriter and proof-reader, organised and deadline focused. Open to travelling for events around the UK.
