The role is based in London paying £50k per annum with attractive benefits. The working hours are 40hours per week with a lot of weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the park excels in 'Brilliant Basics' and creates unforgettable 'Moments that Matter' with exceptional customer service and industry-leading activities.
2. Managing and coaching the Hospitality, Experience, and Entertainment Managers, focusing on succession planning.
3. Driving financial performance through analysis, action plans, and budget adherence.
4. Upholding high standards of customer engagement and service.
5. Overseeing recruitment, training, and development at all levels.
6. Implementing cost control and purchasing efficiencies to optimize site EBITDA and profit margins.
7. Ensuring consistent HR & H&S compliance.
8. Driving Brand Standards and successful Brand Scorecard achievements.
9. Establishing strong local business relationships to enhance commercial success.
10. Managing KPIs and being accountable for their achievement.
11. Maximizing event attendance through effective advertising and capacity planning.
12. Building collaborative relationships with other Park Managers and central function teams.
