Location: Fareham. This role can be based either out of Bristol, Fareham, Maidstone, or London on a hybrid / field basis.
Are you passionate about building lasting client relationships while driving new business opportunities? We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Education division, focusing on a combination of account management (70%) and new business development (30%). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading managed services provider in the education and public sector.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our Inside Sales team to manage existing accounts and develop new opportunities within a specified location. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and nurturing relationships with current clients through regular interactions.
* Identifying cross-sell and upgrade opportunities from our wide portfolio of products and services.
* Prospecting new business and converting inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with our BDM team.
* Delivering consultative sales both in-person and virtually, ensuring clients’ needs are fully understood and met.
* Logging all activity and client data into our CRM system (Radius), maintaining accurate records.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Curious, tenacious, and organised in your approach to client management.
* A confident communicator, able to engage with people at all levels.
* Driven to achieve results through building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
* Experienced in B2B consultative sales, ideally in the Managed Print Services (MPS) or similar industry.
* Capable of working autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
* Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* A full UK driving licence is required.
