WILD Berry Brew is a UK-based fast-growing beverage brand passionate about health, sustainability, and innovation. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and scale our sales operations. This is a key leadership role where you will drive the development and execution of our sales strategy, shape pricing models, and build a high-performing sales team to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Role Description:
As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of the brand’s sales strategy, ensuring our products achieve strong market positioning across multiple sales channels, including direct-to-consumer (DTC), HoReCa, and retail. You will be responsible for defining clear pricing structures, optimizing sales performance, and building long-term relationships with key partners and distributors. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth across all channels, including Retail, HoReCa and direct-to-consumer.
* Design and execute a tiered pricing strategy to maximize profitability and market competitiveness while ensuring long-term customer retention.
* Lead contract negotiations with major retailers, distributors, and key HoReCa partners to secure favorable terms and shelf positioning.
* Establish sales targets and KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
* Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing mentorship and leadership.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to increase market share and customer reach.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand positioning and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve overall performance.
* Implement customer feedback and market insights to refine product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
* Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within the beverage industry or FMCG sector.
* Proven success in developing and implementing sales and pricing strategies.
* Strong understanding of the retail and HoReCa ecosystem, with an established network of industry contacts.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial skills.
* Experience leading and growing high-performing sales teams.
* Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
* Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
