Job Scope: We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for our client, a leading care provider committed to delivering high-quality services. As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence. Working closely with the senior management team, you will ensure that care provision aligns with individual needs and organisational priorities, maintaining the highest standards within available resources. The Registered Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring the care team, supporting their professional development, and ensuring a person-centred approach to service delivery. You will uphold compliance with all relevant legislation, manage budgets effectively, and drive continuous improvement through best practices. With a strong focus on quality assurance and commercial acumen, the Registered Manager will work to expand and enhance the service while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Do you have? At least 1 years experience as a Registered Manager, preferably 2 years. Experienced at working with local authorities, families, supervisions, inductions, and training, as well as undertaking risk assessments, care planning, and reviews with multiple teams of relevant professional bodies. Current qualifications relevant to health and social care within the industry level 5. Experience effectively managing services with adults and young children with disabilities / challenging behavior. Full UK driving license.
