Job Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team, providing high-quality technical support to staff and students across both Tonbridge School and The New Beacon. This role involves maintaining and improving IT services, ensuring system reliability and security, and managing devices, software, and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the IT Support Team to ensure the smooth operation of the Schools' IT facilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IT support role, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. A proactive and customer-focused approach is essential.
