This role is to provide transactional administration support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Play a key role in ensuring we have brilliant basics in place from an HR Administration perspective. This role will work in partnership with the UK HR Advisors to make process improvements and work towards being fit for future.
Key tasks of the role would be:
* Effective employee lifecycle administration (starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, ad-hoc payment).
* Amendments to contractual & personal details - transacted on time and correctly in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements.
* Employee master data and associated records are maintained.
* Support the recruitment process administration, working with local management teams.
* Suggest improvements to HR processes ensuring we have brilliant basics in place.
* Support in HR KPI data and reporting.
* Effective support for HR Advisors, HR Manager and Head of HR.
* Play a key role in project teams as and when required.
* Focus on digitally enabled HR administration ensuring we are fit for future.
Key Competencies and experience for this role would be:
* Understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes and practices.
* Experience of working in the manufacturing/engineering sector not essential but would be advantageous.
* Experience in SAP HR systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Personal Drive and a desire to succeed and improve.
* Attention to detail and strong data analysis skills, ability to produce reports and manipulate data.
