Purchase Ledger Assistant

* Process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately and efficiently
* Maintain and update financial records, ensuring everything is organised and accessible
* Support payment runs and authorise payments on approved invoices
* Set up and manage supplier accounts within the purchase ledger
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and emails
About You
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your work. You enjoy working with numbers and keeping things in order while building strong relationships with your colleagues and suppliers.
* Previous experience in a purchase ledger or finance role
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with financial systems
* Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
