Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - Community Citywide
Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
Qualified Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - West Team, Hockley
Want to join a well-established, friendly and supportive IAPT team? Birmingham Healthy Minds is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic BABCP/BPS registered PWPs to enhance our reputable service. As a motivated PWP with good Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills, you will inspire clients to improve their mental health using computerised CBT, video work, one-to-one and group workshops. Part of your role will include assessing a client's suitability for BHM and, where appropriate, signposting to other more suitable services.
Our current step 2 team is arranging a timetable of community events to reach out to the diverse communities of Birmingham and reduce the stigma of accessing mental health services. We also actively encourage our team members to become involved in service development and now have a Teams chat that supports the sharing of innovative ideas.
At Birmingham Healthy Minds, you can expect a blended way of working, which means there will be a mix of office or community-based venues alongside remote, home working options. We offer appointments outside 9 am-5 pm, which means there are opportunities to work evenings.
