You will be front of house, meeting and greeting clients and visitors. You will take pride in delivering a seamless and professional service. This is a job share and ideally you may be flexible to cover holidays for your job share partner. Your role: Contributing to the smooth operation of reception, telephone and facilities office services, in support of fee earners and administrative staff. Dealing with and directing telephone calls and client enquiries in an efficient and effective manner, based on a clear understanding of our firm and the legal services we provide. Provision of cover for other Reception/Facilities Office staff, especially during lunchtimes and holiday periods. Perform other Reception or Facilities Office related duties as requested from time to time.The person: Have experience of working as a receptionist or in similar role, but applicants with relevant backgrounds from sectors including hospitality are also encouraged. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient knowledge of operating a switchboard and MS Outlook (or similar) and working in a professional environment are preferred. Be a good team player, with a willingness to offer support to others in the team.
