In this role, you’ll provide critical assurance to ensure that projects are delivered with excellence, adhere to established methodologies, and meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are on track and risks are identified early, contributing to successful project execution across the business. Key Responsibilities: Project Assurance: Monitor and ensure projects are delivered in accordance with project management processes (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), following best practices to achieve high-quality results. Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and issues, tracking and reporting on mitigation strategies to avoid any potential roadblocks. Governance & Compliance: Ensure projects meet organizational governance standards, from financial management to resource allocation and reporting. Quality Reviews: Conduct regular assessments of project health, deliverable quality (plans, schedules, budgets, resources), and overall compliance. Reporting & Insights: Present findings, improvement proposals, and key metrics to leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams and leadership, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and requirements. Process Improvement: Identify and champion opportunities for process improvements, ensuring best practices are applied consistently across all projects and initiatives. Framework Advocacy: Support the continuous development and review of the Change Framework, ensuring all projects are comprehensive, consistent, and aligned with company goals. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of change frameworks and the project lifecycle. Must have experience in dealing with multiple projects at the same time Proven experience of confidently dealing with difficult situations and stakeholders Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Service Now, JIRA). Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Proven experience in risk management and the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and promoting efficient project execution. Technical Skills: Expertise with PPM tools (e.g., Service Now, JIRA). Proficiency in MS Office suite.
