Cityworx are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our clients rapidly expanding care business.
Our client provides nurse led care to individuals living in their own homes who require Clinical Oversight.
As the Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to promote our clients services nationally.
This role encompasses several key aspects;
* Proactive approach to business development.
* Researching and developing new revenue streams.
* Managing existing client accounts.
The role of Business Development Manager will entail;
* Effectively promote our clients current portfolio of services.
* Identifying and nurturing new opportunities
* Negotiating costs, closing sales, preparing and sending quotes, and managing
accounts.
* Develop & maintain strong relationships with customers
* Building a network of contacts to attract new clients.
* Identify & research new market opportunities,
* Oversee growth projects, and make sales projections & revenue forecasts
* Representing our client at conferences, trade fairs, and networking
events.
* Collaborate with internal teams
* You will be responsible for providing accurate sales forecasts for annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
* Keeping our Salesforce CRM system updated daily.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with B2B sales experience, strong organisational and communication skills and excellent negotiating and influencing abilities.
A high standard of written English and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics are also essential, along with the ability to maintain a robust pipeline and the willingness to travel.
Experience in the healthcare industry is considered a distinct advantage for this position
