Service Manager, Assertive Outreach Team (part of Achieve substance use treatment and recovery service)

What you’ll be doing
As the Service Manager for the Achieve Assertive Outreach Team, you will provide operational management and leadership to a team,
dedicated to delivering assertive outreach services across Bolton, Bury Salford and Trafford. This will include Criminal Justice,
Harm Reduction and Rough Sleeper Drug and Alcohol initiatives.
You will be responsible for creating a safe and positive team culture that supports a diverse team to deliver a first-class
service.
What we need from you
* You will have experience of leadership and management at a senior level in a complex and dynamic setting.
* You will have experience of working within legislative and statutory frameworks, ensuring that the service is compliant in all
areas.
* You will have the ability to forge and maintain positive relationships with staff, managers, and stakeholders internally and
externally to the group.
* You will have the ability to problem solve and think laterally.
* You will have personal resilience and flexible attitude in the face of difficulties.
* You will need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

* A full-time permanent contract with an annual salary of NJC Scale 36 £45,718
* 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years
