The Purpose: To provide finance and administration support for the Manchester United Foundation finance function including the administration of the VIEWS database. The Role: Maintain effective housekeeping of the Views M&E system; removing duplicates, maintain value lists and general clean ups etc. Support staff in using the system including staff training/coaching on VIEWS system. To run progress reports and stats checks as required by delivery departments and executive management; and on a weekly and monthly basis. As well as updating the dashboard. Prepare final Participant Data for use in Statutory Accounts and annual Impact report. E-file all consent forms/letters as required both within VIEWS and hard copy forms. Assist in administration of contract database and filing using Docusign system. Assist in the preparation of the annual kit order. Assist Finance & Compliance team as required eg. raise Purchase Orders. Prepare manual payments ensuring all relevant approvals are sought and backup is saved as appropriate. The Person: Willingness to learn and develop in the role. A proactive and well organised approach to work. An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening. An excellent understanding of all Microsoft office packages, in particular Word and Excel.
