Job summary The purpose of the Managing Director post is to develop and embed the Collaborative's strategic direction, governance, transformation, and organisational development programme, operational and financial performance. This pivotal role is responsible for driving development and growth while enabling and establishing a positive 'can do' attitude and culture across the Collaborative's stakeholders to support transformation and quality improvement initiatives for the benefit of patients and staff.
