Working full-time from our Dumfries office, you will be the Materials Flow Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Materials Flow Manager with a dotted line to Director of Factory Operations. You will be responsible for managing various Plant wide cycle counts and stock takes. You will also support the Customer service, Production and Warehouse teams on various administrative duties and tasks. Key responsibilities: Undertake Cycle counts and Stock takes Provide support for the Customer Service, Production and Warehouse areas Provide administrative support for Operations Management. ABOUT YOU Required Experience: Educated to HNC/HND level ideally in an administration related discipline. Relevant secretarial / administrative experience at a similar level in a large multi-disciplined organisation. Required Skills: Computer literate and fully familiar with all Microsoft applications - Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Excellent organisational, communication skills both written and verbal and be able to use own initiative. Discretion and confidentiality WHY GATES?
