Commerical Executive-Discounter Hybrid working - 3 days in office Main Duties: • To provide daily support the Account Manager with the day-to-day management of selected retail account businesses, to aid in maximising profitable sales growth across the categories of responsibility • To provide customer troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses and relevant problems • To provide account management support in promotional activity planning, project management and new product set up from creation stage through to implementation • Working with our forecasting and planning teams to ensure customer forecasts are being met and managed effectively • Maintain regular contact with the Retail supply chain and admin teams to meet specific customer requests and develop our business relationships to ensure excellent customer service • Assist the Account managers to co-ordinate and deliver customer meetings and performance reviews • To initiate and develop the internal sales report tools using customer EPOS data • Through online and instore audits - Track retail RRP’s, promotions, supplier range changes such as NPD or product delists • Have good understanding and awareness of factory processes and product costings • Develop and monitor operational performance against commercial costings and provide regular reporting to the Account managers Assist with queries relating to transport between the business, Haulier & Customer Depot, building relationships at depot level along the way Candidate requirements include :- Previous UK Retail experience preferred in a commercial support role Strong communication & interaction skills Attention to detail and strong organisational & project management skills Data driven SAP experience preferred but not essential Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Experience with CRM systems Proactive and flexible in working approach • PC literate in office suite • Good analytical and multitasking skills
