Torus Group is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Leasehold Officer to join our team!

Responsibilities:
* Manage RTB/RTA sales, leasehold services, arrears recovery, and tenancy enforcement.
* Oversee Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes, handling applications, sign-ups, and property management.
* Process Re-Sales, Staircasing, and Buybacks, liaising with solicitors and internal teams.
* Ensure void property inspections, service charge management, and compliance with lease agreements.
* Represent the Leasehold Team at new build meetings, tribunals, and major works consultations.
* Maintain accurate records, use IT systems efficiently, and support team training.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in leasehold management, arrears management and debt recovery.
* In-depth knowledge of Right to Buy and Right to Acquire processes
* Proficient in housing-related IT systems
* Hold a full clean driving licence
Interview Process:
* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of competency-based questions.
