Clinical Home Manager – Care Home / Nursing Home

Hours: Full time
Shifts: Days / Nights (subject to availability)
Salary: up to £70,000 per year (based on 44 hours)

Requirements:
1. 2 years’ experience in a managerial / Manager position in a nursing home environment
2. Thorough understanding of CQC regulations
3. Experienced in Driving Occupancy
4. Experienced in PCS (electronic care planning system)
5. Experienced in icare EMAR (electronic medication system)
6. Experienced in CQC inspection process
You will practice maximum integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs and avoid abuse of the privileged relationship which exists with clients.
Supervise and instruct junior and new staff members in all aspects of their work in the care home, giving help and guidance where appropriate.
Attend mandatory training days/courses on or off site when required.
Establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and with the multidisciplinary team. Provide administrative support when required.
