An exciting opportunity to work for a leading Build to Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Housing (SFH) operator. Our Client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead the lease up and re-let of the single family housing portfolios. This role will be focused on reducing voids and driving rents for clients whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout. You will line manage a number of Lettings Administrators ensuring that leasing performance, compliance requirements, and operational processes and standards are consistently met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Lettings, with a proven track record of driving performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing operational improvements. Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum Bonus Job type: Permanent Location: Leeds & WFH Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, No Weekends Duties and responsibilities Responsibility for driving forward a busy lettings team dealing with lease up of new schemes as well as the re-let of existing managed portfolios Ensuring advertising platforms are managed effectively Negotiating new lets Working with the Senior Lettings Manager and Asset Management Team to ensure rents are maximized and voids are reduced Lead, manage and support in overseeing team activity Liaise wit property management to ensure smooth move in experience Producing regular business reports and attending client meetings To undertake regular audits and quality checks Experience & Knowledge At least 2-3 years of experience in lettings ARLA Level 3 or other relevant industry qualification.
