About the role
We’re launching new products all the time and need someone with an engaging copy style, a great eye for detail and a strong UX mindset. Your job will be to make sure our customers enjoy using our products.
We want to make app building accessible to everyone, so this role is pivotal.
You'll be responsible for
* Ensuring new products are welcoming, simple and clear.
* Championing our tone of voice, making sure it’s reflected in everything from notifications and splash screens to product manuals and CTA buttons.
* Gaining a deep understanding of our products and services, and translating complex information into simple, polished, engaging content.
* Working with the user research team to find product improvements and reduce friction and drop-offs.
* Creating amazing products that harness cutting-edge AI and change the way the next million apps are built.
Requirements
* 5+ years copywriting experience.
* Ideally 2+ years experience working on digital products.
* Track record of creating great UX.
* Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams to get great work across the line.
* Eager to make a difference in a fast-paced, international environment.
