About the Opportunity

Main Duties
1. Full lot inspection of Aerospace and Nuclear components.
2. First Off inspection of product through masking, identity marking and treatment operations.
3. Support the Quality department with NCR disposition.
4. Validate route card conformity to QMS requirements.
5. Final visual inspection of product realisation products.
6. Review customer and internal inspection documentation to validate product conformity.
7. SAP MRP System adherence to load and capacity plans.
8. Quality decision making to ensure customer satisfaction on all products treated and dispatched.
Desired Skills/Experience
1. Application of manual inspection tools to inspect product characteristics including micrometres, verniers, plug gauges.
2. Interpretation of Engineering Technical data including 2D engineering drawings & 3D Models.
3. Understanding of MRP Systems (SAP).
4. Previous Aerospace/Automotive sector experience would be advantageous.
5. Observant behaviour to product quality.
6. Understanding the importance of customer requirements.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
8. Excellent decision-making skills based on inspection results.
9. Experience of part marking would also be advantageous.
