Enabling Support Worker
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Salary: A£11.50 per hour

The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional A£60 per sleep-in.
Kenway Court is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea, supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Residents have wide individual choice, with active support from staff. Their service offers nursing support to those with complex needs.
